Septic tank product information
A septic tank is a container that is split into three different sections by two partition walls, to put it in the simplest terms. The dimensions and capacity of a septic tank depend on your wishes and the usage. The thickness of the walls is different depending on the size of the product, staying in the range of 6–15 mm. We manufacture our septic tanks ourselves and use fibreglass in the process, which makes the septic tanks strong and durable.
The dimensions of your tank of choice depend on your needs. The sizes vary from 2,000 to 4,000 litres. It should be considered that the minimal capacity of a septic tank is 500 litres per inhabitant. A less voluminous septic will reach its capacity soon and the ease of use will suffer. In general, septic tanks need to be emptied at least once a year. We recommend filling it with clean water after emptying it to prevent blockages in the canals in the partition walls.

Where can septic tanks be used?
Septic tanks are ideal tools if you need to separate the solid parts of wastewater from the water. The solid parts will settle in the septic tank and the rest of the water is guided further into a soakaway system. Septic tanks are most for private residences.
How to install a septic tank?
Since septic tanks collect the solid parts of wastewater, it is most practical to place them underground. Septic tanks are usually installed to the same depth as the sewer pipe exiting the house. The installation of a septic tank and container is an involved operation, for which you will find more detailed instructions here.
What sort of connections does a septic tank have?
To make emptying each section of the septic tank as easy as possible, they are equipped with 400 mm openings. We normally use inlets that are 100–315 mm in diameter to guide wastewater into the tank and sedimented water from the tank into the soakaway system. It may occasionally happen that the planes of the septic tank and soakaway system are different; the solution is to pump water from the tank to a higher distribution pit from where the water will be absorbed through the soakaway system.
We manufacture all of our septic tanks ourselves, thanks to which inlets and outlets of various sizes can be fitted to the tanks depending on the wishes of the customer.
How much does a septic tank cost?
The price of fibreglass septic tanks depends on the size of the tank that you need. Submit a price inquiry on our homepage to receive more detailed information and an offer.
