II class oil separators
Class II oil separators are used in parking lots, terminals, industrial plants, roads, car washes, repair shops and storage sites. Oil separatorsare designed to release rainwater and industrial wastewater into sewers or nature.
Class II oil separators differ from those of Class I in that the Class II oil trap must ensure that the content of hydrocarbons in the purified water does not exceed 100 mg / l (for Class I oil separator this requirement is at 5 mg / l). In a Class II oil separator, the separation of oil and petrol particles takes place solely due to gravity and weight difference.
NB! Water purification must always start with the removal of sand and sludge. Therefore a sand/sludge trap must also be installed in front of or inside the Class II oil separator.
Our oil separators are made of glass reinforced plastic (GRP), which gives them a strong structure and resistance to rusting.
Klaaspast OÜ oil separators are CE-certified and fire resistance tested.
